How to Order & Track
Ordering the right oil and parts for your vehicle is quick and easy. Here's how it works from cart to doorstep.
Step 1 — Find the right product
The most important step is making sure the product suits your vehicle:
- Use the Oil Finder — enter your rego (registration) or select make, model and year.
- Or check your owner's handbook for the required grade and approval, then browse by grade.
- Not sure? Contact us with your rego or VIN and we'll confirm.

Step 2 — Add to cart
Choose your product and quantity and select Add to Cart. Buying oil, a filter and a sump plug washer together? Look for our service kit combos to save time. Trade customer? Log in to see your trade pricing before checkout.
All prices are in AUD, inc. GST.
Step 3 — Checkout
- Open your cart and select Checkout.
- Enter your delivery address (double-check it — incorrect addresses can delay delivery).
- Choose your shipping option; freight is calculated by weight and location. See Shipping & Delivery.
- Review your order total, including shipping and GST.
- Enter your payment details and confirm. Checkout is secure and encrypted — see Payment & Security.
You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Keep it as proof of purchase.

Step 4 — We pack & dispatch
- Orders are usually dispatched within [handling time: e.g. 1–2 business days — ___].
- Heavy and dangerous-goods items are packaged to comply with Australian transport rules.
- You'll get a dispatch email with your tracking number once it's on the way.
Step 5 — Track your delivery
There are two easy ways to track:
- From your email — click the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation.
- From your account — log in, go to Order History, and select your order to see its status and tracking number.
Enter the tracking number on the carrier's website for live updates. Delivery estimates by state are in Shipping & Delivery.
Managing your order
- Change or cancel: Contact us before dispatch and we'll do our best. Once shipped, an order can't be changed — but return rights may apply. See Returns & Refunds.
- Reorder fast: Logged-in customers can reorder past purchases in a couple of clicks — handy for regular servicing or workshops.
